Epictetus-- The Art of Living
This was my thesis two years ago, im interested to know what others are saying. His comments are (to the absurd, life in this world) show that he is stoic is? Is there a 'Sisyphean stoicism? This is a big question. absurdity is a branch of existentialism is that compared with stoicism. The main difference between the two is the spiritual path which is widespread in the Stoic philosophy. I'm sorry I did not add, but that is because I agree with you 100%. I think the world would be a better place as stoicism, and not Islam or christanity would be the dominant concept in the world.
