What's a good cleaning agent that gets takes biro off leather?
I have a massage table that's cream leather and my 5 year old son decided to use it as an outline for his tools to hang on. He used blue biro and the Jiff just ain't workin'!! Can u help?
Sorry lol biro is ballpoint pen.
Alcohol Method
1. Very gently rub stained area with a clean white towel using rubbing alcohol/surgical spirit. Be gentle, as this will quickly take off the stain and the surface finish of the leather.
2. Let dry completely. If you notice that the glossy shine has gone away, rub in some leather shoe polish. Buff it and you should restore the leather to its previous condition!
Vaseline Method
1. Put a generous amount of Vaseline on the spot.
2. Take a cloth and spray it with hairspray.
3. Rub the cloth gently on the ink spot.
Nail Polish Remover Method
1. Dab some non-acetone nail polish remover onto a piece of paper towel or tissue.
2. Rub lightly onto the ink stain. The ink will disappear immediately.
3. Wipe clean with wet cloth.
4. Rub dry with towel.
Warnings
* May discolor leather! Do a test first in an unnoticeable area!
